snowball his house
That's just a good deed you did OP!
get your ''reward''in shoveling it back then take a hose and spray it down along with his car, particularly the windshield and locks
Shovel the snow back on. Hehe.
Happened to me once. He eventually did pay me. That is, after I slashed his car tires and broke most of his house's windows with my BB gun. Oh right, it went down to negative 20 degrees Celsius that year and our gas pipes were under reconstruction. Sometimes, karma is a bitch
Shit in his driveway, smear it around, and tell him that he should clean it up because it'll be so rewarding.

You're missing something--did he ASK you to do the job, or did you just do it yourself, hoping he'd pay you? If it's the former, then he's an ass. But if it's the latter, sorry, but that's the risk you take. You can't ask people to pay for something they may not have wanted. I personally could not afford to pay someone to do something I could do myself--although had it been me, I would have told you to stop as soon as I realized it, to save you the trouble.
If he owns a car, I'd break one of his car's windows. =/
