Today, after shoveling one guy's steps, sidewalk, and driveway for two hours straight, I went to ask for my money. He said, "Work is its own reward!" and shut the door in my face. FML

You're missing something--did he ASK you to do the job, or did you just do it yourself, hoping he'd pay you? If it's the former, then he's an ass. But if it's the latter, sorry, but that's the risk you take. You can't ask people to pay for something they may not have wanted. I personally could not afford to pay someone to do something I could do myself--although had it been me, I would have told you to stop as soon as I realized it, to save you the trouble.

If he owns a car, I'd break one of his car's windows. =/

I'd say sue, but unless you got a written agreement that he would pay, "a verbal agreement is only as good as the paper it's written on." D= If you sued you could cry and sue him for emotional damages..and that crick in your back? Oh shitt bro

Put it all back, see how he likes that

get some dog shit, put it in a bag, light it on fire, and chuck it at hid front door, then come back the next day and ask if he has some cash 4 u

I'd key something into his front door or write on the siding... I like the water in the keyholes idea though :D

Well, unless he didn't say beforehand that he would pay, then no. That would be your dumb fault :P

You should put a whole bag of sugar in his gas tank. Wear gloves when you're doing it.

that's when you break off toothpicks in the car door locks.

put it all back and more, I would make sure his car is buried past the roof, and also bury his door way, teach him a lesson
