Depends how long he's been in the relationship. $400 is an awful lot to be spending on someone you've been seeing for less than a year.

I can see why, who in their right mind spends $400 bucks for valentines day, the fakest holiday in the world. all I do, dinner for me and my lady, and some flowers, anything more is pretty insane.
