Your sister could be right though, a lot of women think they're overweight while they really aren't.
The difference between Ana and Mia: Mia is binge and purge, eat huge amounts and then throw up. Ana is don't eat but if you have to eat you can always throw it back up again. Both can present with throwing up, the difference is in the eating patterns.
If you're not anorexic you have nothing to worry about. I would keep an eye on your sister though, she may be the one with the problem.. Some people don't realise they have an eating disorder until someone forces them to see it. If this is a possibility take a good hard look at what you're doing and what your sister is doing. If you're eating right and not over exercising people will see you don't have a problem.
