I would like to introduce you to customerssuck.com Have fun.
That's the tip of the iceberg whenever it comes to retail. Trust me, it gets worse.
That's an opinion not a fact
did you smell anything after he left?
I once had a customer start asking all kinds of questions about the job and how much I got paid, and then started telling her son he should marry me because "she actually has a job! She makes TEN dollars an hour!" To this day I'm still not sure whether she was serious, mocking her son for not having a job, or mocking me for having a minimum wage service job. Could honestly be any of those... People are weird. And creepy, rude, offensive, etc... I've also had customers who were outright assholes, but that lady was the only one where I honestly had no idea what she getting at.
I was working at the front when something went wrong and I apologized. I said it was ok and that he'd have to spank me a couple times and smirked. later on he asked if he crossed the line and laughed them asked if my boyfriend was gonna come beat him up. I already hated retail with a passion, it's giving me anxiety attacks. (from stress)

I played it off and secretly shivered in disgust. later on he asked if he crossed the line and laughed then asked if my boyfriend was gonna come beat him up. I already hated retail with a passion.
There's a chance he might have done it on a dare, but still, that's terrible.

One time I was working at KFC and I said, "Hi what can I get you?" And he said "two chicken breasts please, preferably yours." Idiots.
Customer service in general is absolutely terrible. You do have those few nice people here and there but a lot of people are extremely offensive, rude, or treat you like you're not a person. I do not regret leaving that industry.
