If she has know you for 4 years I would think she knows about your problem. I threw up on a guy on our 1st date. Got him shoulders to his feet. We have been married almost 30 years now.

Taking a valium or two will help with the stress and anxiousness. But it's probably too late for this date.

Have you had your vitamin D levels checked? I had so so bad it just about drove me crazy itching. Come to find out I had practically zero Vit D levels in my blood. Once the levels came up all the itching and scaling went away.

you have it easy. eczema is curable.. psoriasis isnt. . (which I have) as long as you are confident in yourself , you should be fine with explaining that to her.
