Wow. I hate to say this, because I know it's going to sound rude, but what the hell: lose some weight. Having a 48 band size is insane! Not to mention, if you do lose the weight, your boobs will get smaller which means you will have less back pain. It's a win-win.

Probably the Portland area . . . not the Southern area of the state where I am. So - small breasts . . . Everyone is telling you, oh, you're still pretty . . . Here's the down low quick and dirty. I've always found you to be extremely attractive. The small breasts? Well, I happen to have something of a fetish for breasts that are THAT small!
