It actually is. My friend found someone's condom stash and slid up and down our dorm hall. She gave the rest to people to try it. Some blew then up though.

You let this idiot around your 6 year old? If he thinks condoms are appropriate for a ballon at all let alone a child's party, you should be concerned about his being around a child unsupervised. He is probably not the kind of person you should have in your child's life.
