Teachers like that is why students lose motivation for their education.
The paper could still be plagiarised, regardless of the subject.
You never indicated whether you actually plagiarized or not. You could have copied content for your paper from any number of sources.
If this is university/college course, have you taken it to the head of the department if not head of the college of Humanities or whatever your school classifies English under whatever college pillar division it may be? Because if you're accused of plagiarism for where you see yourself, you can fight it.
At least you can spell,there are people who get university degrees who can't even speak English let alone write
