Why be upset? At least he's not totally grossed out by your period. A lot of guys are squicked out by the fact that their wives/girlfriends bleed once a month.

after waking up to a proverbial murder scene in college with my ex at the time. this would've been my reaction as well. I guess most guys are grossed out by menstrual cycles and period blood, but IMHO any guy that is so grossed out by periods (besides those who faint at the sight of any blood, which is a different issue entirely) that they cant look at it, much less talk or think about it is not a real man. its been happening for as long as humans have existed, and its not gonna stop. if you're man enough to stick your dick in it, then you should be able to deal with "that time of the month" otherwise expect to have alot of kids because the only way to stop it is either constant pregnancy or anorexia
