#91 General protocol for cops requesting entry is to explain that they recieved reports of strange noises and would like to investigate to make sure everything is alright. They do not say "Let me into your house now or else." And yes there are certainly cases of police misconduct and brutality and I have personally been involved in protests against it, but there are far more cases of police investigating real crimes and failing to save the victim because they could not arrive in time. And in effort to prevent this very situation from happening, it is in my opinion absolutely okay to let police investigate my home if they feel that it is neccesary. If there is even the slightest chance of it saving someone's life, I don't see how you could deny it.
As long as we all agree that letting cops in blindly without checking the integrity of the situation is generally wrong, I don't think we have an argument. That's been Seeg's stance the entire time.
LMAO @ #19's comment. xD But yeah. What the hell?
H I L A R I O U S i actually laughed out loud.
What the he'll
The cops show up to your house because they received a complaint from people that screaming was inside and it sounded like a rape - chances are, screaming was heard on the background in the phonecall to the cops. Why refuse to search unless you actually have something to hide and you want to bury it in the attic, kill off the girl you are raping/threaten her with death if she makes another sound while the cops get a warrant to come in by force, kick your door down? Unless they were actually raping a girl, or otherwise doing something illegal, there was no reason at all to refuse. Unless of course they knew a girl next apartment over was being raped and just want to tie up the cops in their apartment to keep that rape ongoing because they were anti-women in general or wouldn't second go at her
is that what you kids are calling it these days ;-]
yall are gay lmao why do u have a buncha boys in ur house wrestling.
