Ah thats ummm.........
To everyone saying "tanning beds are bad, tanning beds cause cancer". Educate yourselves before going on about a topic you know little to nothing about. Tanning bed are actually better than sitting outside tanning, because you control how much UVB and UVA rays you get. Tanning isn't a bad thing, it actually helps with a lot of things. Stress, acne ect... As long as you don't go overboard, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
Well, just so we're all "educated"... @illneverletyougo... you're wrong. Before you speak, think. The effects of tanning equipment and increased sun exposure are different. Sunlight has two types of ultraviolet light- UVA and UVB. UVA rays consist of longer wavelengths that go deep into the dermal layer of skin. Short term exposure to UVA rays causes your skin to tan. But, most agree that overexposure to UVA can lead to other long-term damage to skin, especially the surface of it. UVB rays wavelengths are shorter, affecting the only the outer layers of skin. UVB rays are known as the "burning rays" and are more dangerous. Tanning beds and sun lamps usually emit 93% -- 99% UVA radiation, giving you the benefits of a tan This is three times the UVA radiation given off by the sun. Also, you don't get the added benefit of Vitamin D. :)
You deserve it for being fat.
buy a tred mill end of story.
