Today, I drove to my college campus for my 8 a.m. class, parked, walked the mile and a half to my classroom, just to find out class had been cancelled. The prof didn't send an email because she couldn't remember her password. I paid $1200 to be taught by this woman, who has a doctorate. FML

Today, I left 20 minutes early for school to get a good seat in class. I sat in traffic for 20 minutes before I even got on the thruway and for another 25 minutes once I got off the exit for school. Then I couldn't find parking at my university. I missed class. FML

Today, I decided to show up to my new class an hour early, to be able to choose my seat, and figure out how the computer lab works… only to find out that the lab was locked and I had to wait until the professor unlocked it. FML

Today, I woke up at 7, got to college by 7:40 to receive an email that my 8:00 a.m. class got cancelled. I stayed there until 12:00 p.m. for my second class, to then find out that the cancelled class was the one at 12:00, not 8:00. FML

Today, I got up and walked to college for my only class which started at 9 a.m. after a night of restless sleep. Our exam is two weeks away, so I thought it would be better to attend. Apparently, my teacher thought differently. FML

Wow I'm sorry man. I've been there before. My university is usually packed by the time I get there for my classes. I've had to park in the weirdest spots just to make it to class

When I was at college I usually got there half an hour to an hour early so I could troll for parking and then study or finish homework with the extra time.

I feel your pain OP, my campus has been undergoing construction for a really really long time now, and two of our parking lots are reserved for the construction workers only, hopefully you find a spot next week! Good luck on finals too :)

I feel your pain, Never understood why university parking didn't work like Disneyland. Huge parking lot someplace with more than enough parking and trams every couple minutes. Also this will happen a lot in life, a lot!
