That's more than 3 years :O Congratulations!! And I think you could tell that co-worker to either F*** off or to go and see some help. Don't be tempted! Depression will go away too, cravings can be helped with a good diet, migraines well... sometimes you just have to bear with it... bladder infection can be helped with medicines too. So you can handle it all!

I believe in you, my dad was a recovering alcoholic stayed 20 years sober. My dad was a sponsor for many recovering alcoholics and was an active member at his AA location. When my dad passed away many members supported us and honored my dad's efforts in helping others. I believe in you OP.
