@51, it's sad, but people definitely are rude for no valid reason at times. Some people take joy in simply being an asshole to anyone and everyone. I hope you reported him, OP. Or told him off right there -- people like that usually cower at actual confrontation, they just like to bully because they know most people won't call them out on it.

That's extremely rude. Clearly he doesn't value his job nor respect people. Take his rude comment as: "You don't need any make-up!" :) Tell him thanks...that will throw him off guard! haha

No amount of brain cells will make her anymore intelligent either. I see these posts all the time and wonder what kind of world we live in that people can't even have common decency. :(

Right before reporting them OP should lean in close, sniff the air & say, "And no amount of perfume could cover up the stink of you being a disrespectful little shit-stain."

Let it be that cashier's last laugh and let his/her life-defining lessons in compassion, humility, kindness, etc., come cascading toward him/her. The sooner, the better. Love yourself!

I gotta say that the cashier is legendary!
