#100, you'd smash it to pieces? Really? What a waste. Depending on which generation he has, the Xbox and PS3 (which, is what I assume he's playing on) are quite valuable. Far better to sell it. And if he's playing one of the older, more nostalgic consoles like the Mega Drive or SNES, eBay is a girl's best friend. People will pay a pretty penny for the shit they can't get hold of anymore. However, I think destroying his stuff and kicking him out may be a little premature. You don't know the context. It's entirely possible that this was his 34th attempt at beating the final boss, and didn't realise his wife was talking to him. I know I've said stuff like that to difficult bosses, in my time.

He didn't realize you came home?!? Divorce him. He wasn't talking to you, but he should have at least recognized that you came home and said hi to him. What a loser. Thats too bad because you sound like a good significant other. He doesn't respect you now, and he never will. This comes from my personal experience.

And then you said " What the **** did you just say!!!" and in a soft tone with a loving yet scared expression on his face he replies " oh no babe not you, I'm talking to the game"
