Today, I came home to find my fiancé trying to do laundry. His version was "rubbing the smelly spots with baby powder". Looks like I'll be the only one doing laundry for the rest of our lives. FML

I hope he showers and doesn't use the same method on himself.

Genius. He may not seem like one at first glance...but looks like he just suckered you into doing his laundry ;)

The man is OP's FIANCÉE, no need for divorce. "Go away and return after some solo life, when you learn the basics of house chores" will do.

sounds like somebody was taught by the master of getting out of chores.

I feel bad for the OP. He's either trying to get out of just because he's lazy. Though, some people are kinda gross when it comes to what they consider clean.

hes doing that to play dumb so u will do as u said and be the one who does laundry as long as ur togethrr

Oh ya, its sexist to say women should do the laundry. But who do you expect to fix your car when it breaks down??

I am a guy and i have done my own laundry my whole life. Am i the only one?

No. I do my laundry too. And even when I will have a gf and maybe sometimes a wife, no prob with sorting the laundry, putting it into the washing machine with the washing powder and so on and turning the WM on - where is the problem? Well, ironing, that is another matter, but I will gladly "do the laundry" if it would mean that my significant other will do the ironing without backtalking ;-)

If he is smart, next he will make a meatloaf that glows in the dark... removing cooking from his list of chores also.

Require him to do all external housework if he can't handle any basic interior chores. But my question is how did he get his clothes clean before because it sounds like self-sabotage.
