Sometimes I really don't understand peoples logic. Like how can you justify selling someone else's stuff... Sigh. Hope you get it sorted somehow, op :/

This is where you rip off his testicles and say 'you don't use these anymore'.

fyl..did he at least give you the moneu he made selling it ? shit how mucj did he even aell it for, aucks reql bad op

Are you ******* kidding me, Learn how to spell a word. This is not rocket science, it's basic ******* grammar.

money* much* sell* sucks* real*.... grammar: the difference between knowing your shit and knowing you're shit

That's so disrespectful & rude of him to do something like that. I would have been so pissed if my roommate did something like that to me! If he usually disrespects you (in similar situations) like this, I wouldn't put up with it :/ Maybe you should find yourself a new roommate? However, if it was a one time thing & he hardly does these type of selfish things, just make him by you a new one/give you the money for it! Goodluck OP! :)

Well. Legally, he can't sell something that he doesn't own. You have a right to get it back. And your roommate would be liable for reimbursing whoever bought it. But damn, what an inconsiderate twat. Sorry OP.

Same logic my husband's mom has. Has tried to throw out a LOT of things because he doesn't use them or wear them anymore. We've had to save his childhood plush toy several times from her. He's also lost a lot of clothes back when she handled his wash just because she thought it was ugly, leaving him only with clothes that didn't fit him anymore due to weight loss. 40 lbs is a BIG difference on your wardrobe! It must be ******* awesome to be that oblivious and selfish.

That was so rude. Have a garage sale at your apartment/house. Let the people into your roommates room and tell them everything is for sale.

The sicking thing is that the PS4 is fairly new-ish and doesn't have a huge collection of games available for it, as of yet and the ones that are out now are quite expensive...The OP probably only has a few games for it, so he doesn't play it all the time...To be honest, the OP seems calm about it if he can write an FML about it, if that was me, I would be locked up for attempted murder right now...

Take him to court. No, honestly. This is exactly why the Small Claims Tribunal (or whatever the American equivalent is called) exists in the first place. You'll not only get reimbursed for you stolen console, but you'll find no better way to discourage this kind of bullshit in the future.

Yes, this. If some random person had strolled in and taken it, OP wouldn't have hesitated to call the cops, but because he knows the thief people think that cops are needed. This is theft. Pure and simple. Call the cops, OP.
