Today, I confessed my feelings to the guy I've had the biggest crush on. He spent the next ten minutes calling me delusional, said that I know nothing about him, and laughed that "this isn't Twilight, for fuck's sake". All he did when I started crying was pat me on the head and leave. FML

It's possible he simply doesn't think he's worthy of you. Sounds a little ridiculous but the fact that he didn't give one reason not to date and wasn't mean about means he probably still doesn't buy it, or thinks you're messing with him. The ego of a loner, socially, can be quite low.

I don't know why so many comments mention OP confessing her "love" for this guy. She claims she just told her 'biggest crush' her 'feelings,' which is quite different. I'm going to assume her confession wasn't some obssesive stalker-level speech if she only considers this guy a crush, therefore his response was probably really uncalled for.

I'd have to check the 'players handbook' but I believe "this isn't Twilight, for ****'s sake" is some sort of codespeak for, "Excuse be but I'm a ****** with a pickle up my ass!" Then again you guys say arse, don't you. Why do you say arse? Just wondering... xD Cheers!
