I'll admit that I am a girl and I have hairs on my toes. I was born with this, because there is a specific gene in my DNA that causes this. (What a surprise.) Therefore, the hair does not bother me. Moral of the story: OP, if the hair bothers you, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Shave it off. Simple fix.

So clip or shave them already. Jeez, problem solved. Lots of girls grow a toe hair but we tend to trim it with everything else.
