aloe solves the world's problems, inluding bites and sunburns
Also, aloe vera will help with the sunburn. Just keep pouring on the gel. Your skin will soak it right up, and you'll feel much better.

I just want to know what gave you the idea that sunbathing in a mosquito infested place was a good thing
that's what you get for not using sunscreen and btw if you keep scratching you'll be left with spots which are eww

Try ice-cubes on the bite. They'll relieve the itch and help take away the burning sensation. Just wrap the ice-cube in something like papertowels first though.
