At least you've noticed it now... just call or e-mail all those people back saying you wanted to follow up, and leave your contact info. That's a perfectly normal thing to do after giving someone your resume, and if you act like nothing weird happened with the resume, they might figure they got a draft copy or some other fluke. Next time, triple-check anything you give a potential employer. YDI.
