Today, I decided to start jogging to keep fit. I was passed about ten times by the same car, carrying four bozos whose vocabulary consisted only of, "TITTIES!" and copious amounts of giggling. FML

I tend to walk my dog at night, when there are fewer distractions and prejudiced people around to have to deal with. I like to think she keeps the shady figures away when she stops and growls as we pass dark alleys and side passages.

I got beeped and wolf whistled at out of an ice cream van on my way to the supermarket the other night, my childhood memories of ice cream have taken a dent. And this is why some people don't have the confidence to jog/go to the shops/leave the house at all sometimes, like #13 jogging only at night and OP in #43 walking her dog at night.

Lots of women have this happen to them. And it is by no means knew, women are just getting tired of it and speaking up more. I've been getting catcalled since I was 14, because that's when I had to start walking more to get to and from school, and to walk my dog. Most girls deal with it even earlier. So far I've had countless guys swerve all over the road because they apparently felt the need to lean out the passenger side window shouting "Hey sexy" at a high school freshman in a poofy down jacket and loose jeans, and I've been stalked on part of my dog's walk by a hummer of 4 or 5 man shouting about how I should give them a ********. It is in no way novel.

Cat Calling is a compliment. If they go out of their way to comment on a nice feature then it is a compliment.
