sue them if they didnt have permission to use your pic
Thank you for being a predictable American. Well done.
It says they're from Australia. They're not american.
I was referring to 11
I didn't say he shouldn't sue. I just knew that the person to bring up suing would be American. It jut seems like the first instinct they have is to sue. As for Australia being the fattest country, I believe you may be correct.
Again, unless you explicitly change your Privacy Settings to "Don't Allow", it's completely legal for third-party advertisers to use your images...
If you don't want to see yourself like that again, don't go on the website. Go ahead continue lying to yourself. Surf! You're in Australia.
Well, if you are using their program, GOOD FOR YOU!! IF you are using their services/products, and you stick with it, and you get a slimmer, trimmer, hotter you, then BRAVO!! Seriously!! There's nothing to be embarrassed or ashamed about. You can point to that and say, "I did it! That is not me anymore!" Still, I don't like the illegality of them using your image without your consent. That's low down and shady.
Those "Before & After" ads are schemes. they are -never- the same person.
You could always try and see if you could make the "after" picture :)
That's nice to know. Any particular reason?
28, that was just uncalled for.
She probably wants to be just like Miley Cyrus. Aw.
@76 the chick is 17 not legal to look at besides they stick out can't help but look ......in a bad way
forreal? they used your picture without asking? that's horrible
EXACTLY! "Opt Outing" in your Privacy Settings is the only sure-fire way to prevent it from happening!!! =D
I always thought about being the before guy. Hey, he gets paid too!
WIN ~ LOL!!! This is by faaaar the best advice I've seen given about the OP's dilemma! ;-)

So you're the "before", but not the "after"? Are you trying to tell me... that an internet advertiser is making false claims?!
Using your picture without your consent is most likely illegal.
