You must live in a really relaxed state/country. We not only have to do all that learning stuff with our parents for so many hours, we also have to take a test given by a certified examiner.
It happens, OP. It took me two tries to pass the test. The first time, I was so nervous that I went the wrong way around a roundabout. People make stupid mistakes sometimes when they're nervous. I wouldn't worry about it; just study hard. And next time, take deep breaths and don't let the pressure get to you.
I failed the first time I took mine when I was trying to make a left turn at the lights. The second time I blanked so hard I couldn't back out out my spot at the start, but the second tester was a looot nicer and let me try again. And again. And I passed! By a hair! And now I'll never drive again.
You obviously need not be driving.
#109 Just because someone doesn't pass on their first try (I'm assuming here, I know, but it sounds like it might have been OP's first try at the test) doesn't mean that they shouldn't be driving. It means that they need more practice, which is perfectly normal for a new driver.
Where I live if you can't parallel park you don't get your license. So you have to do that first before hitting the roads. Soo, not an unlikely situation.
Well, how'd you manage that? Obviously failed for a reason. YDI
Nerves kill -.- my first time round I failed in the parking lot...but don't worry OP, with a bit more practice and confidence the next time should be good! :)
Don't feel too bad, that's pretty common. You probably messed up on parallel parking, which is easy to do. Especially when you're nervous
The same thing happened to me friend. She started backing out of the paeking spot and the instructor screamed, "Stop!" Her excuse was that she almost hit the car behind her and once the instructor says to stop, you fail. The truth behind the story is that she was too lazy to sit through more test during the day.

On the plus side if you're going to fail your driving test you might as well get it done early. Now you can get the **** out of the DMV a little quicker than usual... unless of course you're stuck waiting for someone to pick you up 'cause you can't drive.
I don't ******* know. Ask someone else.
