Today, I finally beat the song "Through the Fire and Flames" on Guitar Hero 3. I then realized that it was the biggest accomplishment I've ever made in my entire life. FML

Today, I was in Walmart. I saw a demo for Guitar Hero on the DS so I started playing. I was kicking ass and really feeling great about myself. I then looked away for a second, looked back down, and saw that the notes were still being hit. The demo had been on automatic-player the entire time. FML

Today, after practicing a song for my girlfriend on guitar all day, I called her over to my house to show it to her. After a long speech about how "this is for you," I played for about 3 seconds before I broke a string, which slapped her in her face. FML

OP, I think you need to give yourself a little more credit than that. Since you are on FML, that obviously shows us that you are able to use a computer, which means you can talk and are literate. I am sure you are also able to walk, feed yourself, are not wearing diapers.....I could keep on going. If you consider doing well on a video game as your biggest accomplishment, then you need to get out more, maybe join a club, sports team, etc. I am not saying playing video games are bad, I grew up with a nintendo, super nintendo, xbox, and one of those portable sega things (can't remember what it is called)........but as mentioned, you need to get out more. I do also wonder just how old you are. I would be more worried if that was your biggest accomplishment if you are like 25 vs if you are 14.

you should get rock band and switch to drums. Because you actually do acquire some real drumming skill from that. but I totally know where your coming from... I´ve gotten weird lumps on my hands from playing too much guitar hero...

Hey, it's a hard song... so its an accomplishment... but I do agree that you should go out and find a life away from video games if thats the best you have accomplished in your life so far.

Haha... I can only get to the solos before I fail that song... but still, you deserve it because you should work on making something more of your life, but your life is also F'ed because you screwed yourself over up to this point lol.
