I have this psycho friend... oh who am I kidding.
^ Voice of reason. I'd guess it has strategies like remain calm, listen patiently, offer choices instead of give demands, etc. The same strategies I've read in child-rearing books work marvelously on adults. It's because people are people.
this is not an FML. you're getting along better aren't you? now what to do about the rest of the family...
Did you make him wear a helmet?
There's a high possibility it will work on most people.
He could have had abuse when he was younger causing some of his mentalities. Or maybe this is a trick of psychology, this may work on certain people. And why would you use these strategies on your dad? To just test them out? Or maybe you figured out these symptoms beforehand.
I agree tho. why the heck would you use these strategies on ur dad?? do u think he's mental or is he really? u may not know the traumas he's been through so don't treat him like he's crazy if u don't know.
155- or maybe he is just crazy...
so your dad is crazy or are you the crazy one??
