If your back is having trouble holding up the weight, you might want to look into trying out pilates. That form of exercise strengthens inner muscles, including those in the spinal column. I've been told that this is good for improving posture, as well as making it easier for one to hold up heavy breasts. I haven’t spent much time doing pilates, but my sisters have, and they were impressed with the results!

Who cares?!? You still technically have boobs. I personally don't care about breast size as long as you can still actually see the difference between chest and boob. That's what I've always thought.
