I don't even like dubstep, although I did witness the rising and saw most of the pioneers perform, but imo Skrillex doesn't really deserve the label dubstep... The music [sic] he makes is nothing but commercial mainstream-oriented noise, fair enough, it's well produced but so is Justin Bieber's music (which I don't like either). People should stop creating hypes, but then again, hypes pay bills...

Music can be noisy- they don't cancel each other out. Regarding skrillex? I love electronic music, and lots of different kinds of it. I'm not at all squeamish when it comes to noise; I'm just not into songs that start out like, kinda cute and trance-y and then digress into a bizarre robot snuff film score. Some people are into that- no hate. There's no rule stating that just because one likes a certain artist one can't love a huge variety of other music. Tear down the walls of your pigeonholes!

No not thrashing.just simply stating my personal opinion like everyone else on FML does. Want to try again? And btw I have my own laptop and iPod and I'm only 17. If I was thrashing I would have just put everything in caps like usual. But I'm not. Just saying JB and lady gaga aren't good in my opinion. This is a thread about Skrillex. You were "thrashing" two people who, by the way, have nothing to do with this FML. And, don't try and go the whole "stating my own personal opinion" route. It may be your opinion, but it was also a non sequitur. You said people who don't like an artist you like should die. You then specified they should jump in front of a bus. The fact that you so 'righteously' pass judgement on others by way of musical taste doesn't detract from me thinking you're a child.

What's curious to me is how people jump from Skrillex to Lady Gaga and JB. I'm not a fan of any of them, but that seems like a pretty big leap from one type of music to another. Just because you don't like Skrillex doesn't mean you like Gaga and JB, and vice versa. There are other types of music out there.
