Girl, don't let that get to you. Forget them.
they probably knew that you woyld look better at their wedding then they would!
not really your friend then...
Maybe they're having a private ceremony or eloping. I only wanted to invite parents and siblings to mine, didn't want to make a big show of it. But if she invited other friends and not you, then I'd be offended.
Wouldn't the bride still OP?
OP clearly you have been kidding yourself on the nature of your relationship. It happens, I experienced the same thing with 2 girls that I thought close friends. My best friend, which incidentally was a friend of theirs to, passed away suddenly and they gave me or her family absolutely no support. It is our expectations that let us down, not people. I know it’s hard but at least it is a lesson learned.
Your friend didn't... Tell you? Call you? Ask you why you didn't RSVP? Not very close then, are you?
She would have told her before she sent out invitations though.
Sure lost in the mail!
How can they be your best friend for 10 years and yet you haven't talked to them/been told in person about the wedding before???

Probably, we all know how unreliable the postal system can be.
That sucks. Maybe time for a new best friend?
