God, the same thing happened to me, but it wasn't that I was dead. There was a pic of me on facebook where I had my hair in my eyes and was wearing a black t-shirt with jeans, and they started saying that I slit my wrists. I was like "what the f?" and when I went to their school fair (most of them went on to the same high school), they were all like "omg hi!" and grab my wrist, 'inconspicously' *coughcoughNOTcoughcough* checking if I cut myself.

Come into school dressed as a zombie/ghost and say 'You will be next'. It'll terrify them.

Seriously? I've had people spread rumors that my sister had died, and because of depression I had moved to Japan. It's not that sad.

Hahaha, im sorry, but thats funny. I recently moved to a new town, although i still keep in contact with all my old friends. I went to the school play, where almost everyone in my grade and the upperclassmen were, and everyone looked at me and said "i though you were dead" and my friends came out and said 'we felt it would be a good chance to spread rumors' we just laughed about it. its not a big deal.

When someone says, "I Thought you Died?"(Though I don't expect anyone to say this) Just say, "Yea, But I had an amazing recovery!"

Dude! same thing happened to me I showed up at a football game like 6 months later and an aquantince came up and was like well I'm glad to know it wasn't true that you were dead!
