Today, I found out that my apartment complex has no rules against having charcoal grills on the porch. So did the guy who lives below me. FML

Maybe you can get some plants out there and water them whenever he is out there. And then "accidentally" spill on him.

Well, I hope you like the smell of smoke, and cooked meat. No, I'm kidding, that really does suck, if you leave the door open your apartment will stink. Also, that REALLY isn't the safest thing, maybe you should talk to the owners?

I'm pretty sure there is a city or county fire ordinance in place...

Pretty sure it's not an apartment rule, but a fire code standard in many cities.

Have you ever smelled the smoke that can come off of a charcoal grill? It is nasty and since the man who owns the grill lives below her apartment, the smell is going to wind in her apartment. It's hard to get rid of on top of that.=

I thought it was Jews who didn't eat pork? Anyways, I'm technically Mormon, and we aren't supposed to drink alcohol, tea, or coffee, and I drink all 3. =P. I'm not the best LDS at all, ha.

That's pretty bad of the guy below you, you'd think he would be more considerate.

I thought the Fire dept. had rules for grilling in places like that? Call them and ask. I'm fairly certain they have rules for that in my state.
