To bring immediate relief to your situation, drink plenty of water or even drink alcohol so you become very hydrated or this does not work. When your urine is clear(so you're hydrated) pee on your sting. It should go away right then and there easy as pie.
Drinking alcohol dehydrates you, and peeing on a jellyfish sting has been proven to be ineffective and possibly even make things worse. It's actually recommended to use salt water or seawater to rinse the area once out of the water.
Ouch
You have seven hours to maybe find some sort of medical help...get well soon OP
Good thing it wasn't one of the stings that would kill you then.
How do not notice a jellyfish stinging you. Like "oh my entire leg feels like it's burning, probably a mosquito bite."
use that 7 hours to go to the hospital?
Vinegar helps relieve the burn.
My jellyfish sting (that I got in the South China Sea) swelled up, then the skin fell off, followed by several little bumps and layers of scabs. Don't try it.

How do you mix up a jellyfish sting and a mosquito bite?
Most airports have little stores (if not in them then nearby) and you can get various kinds of pain relief. Good luck!
