Today, I found out that my neighbors took it upon themselves to knock down the fence we shared, and putting up a new one. Thus fencing my pool into their yard. When I asked them why, he replied, "We thought you weren't coming back." I was gone for 4 months tending to my sister with breast cancer. FML

Knock it down and put it right back up. Councils on your side if they complain.

Well, obviously you have to tell them to take the fence down and put a new one up where the old one originally was! If they don't, you've definately got a case for a lawsuit there.

You can sue their pants off! They can't just knock your fence down! Just kick down their door and say "I thought you weren't going to use that!"
