Today, I found out that my upstairs neighbor has a cat. I was blessed with this knowledge when she threw several piles of used kitty litter and cat poop over her balcony and onto my patio. FML

I hate those kind of people. I once shared deck with neighbors and the let their dog crap right in front of my door and left it. Every day. Luckily it was winter so I'd wait for it to freeze and sweep it over to their door.
