I work for the police department as a dispatcher in the area I live, and it is a scam. The IRS does not issue warrants. We get multiple calls every day about it. Don't worry! If you are concerned, just go to a police station and say you want to speak with an officer about it. But honestly, it's a scam. Don't freak out!
Wow...you think you have a warrant out for your arrest, and so what do you do? Why post on FML of course!
Man, they are trying really hard. Our old family computer got a message that locked up one of the profiles. Message popped up, something about illegal **** and the FBI coming to knock down the door. BUT, these handy sweethearts could fix it all for 500$ as long as we handle it today and don't involve the authorities. -.-' luckily we're an IT specialist family. Took my brother a week to clear up the virus, but he says it was one of the best he's seen. The computer literally could do nothing while on that profile, and it turned out it was slowly eating up our RAM. Scammers and computer nerds are getting too friendly. Don't trust anything that comes over email. Like everyone has said, call the IRS directly to check out the status of any account on you. But, if you REALLY have a warrant, man. Good luck? :/
yea....I dont think so. thats not how it works.

Well with the amount of fake ads there are out there I don't blame you. It's uncanny how many times I've been 'chosen' for a free iPad.
Either way it's still a scam
