You trusted him so he couldn't resist? Yet if you were a ball buster he probably wouldn't b with you. A predicament unavoidable with a jerk like that. I hope your feelings for him fade so you can be happy. There's no shame in divorce when there's infidelity. It's biblicaly the only legit reason. If you want to stay together, get yourself a therapist so it doesn't destroy you.

He wouldn't have called her gullible if he was actually cheating. If somebody else told her this, then he has all the right to say so (if she told him that she knew he was cheating instead of asking if he was)
