It's probably not even an allergy if your skin is just itchy. The chlorine is taking the moisture from your skin, just gets some really good moisturizing lotion, and use it everyday as much as you can. But then again. This is probably fake.

This makes no sense. In order for the OP to become a swim instructor, he probably had to take swimming lessons, therefore immersing himself in chlorinated(sp?) water. He would've noticed the allergy sooner, unless he became an instructor the same day he learned to swim. Unless he learned to swim in a lake, then that changes everything.
