Today, I found out why my girlfriend of 8 months has never agreed to stay the night before. Now I have a 4-month old mattress that needs replacing, and a 23-year-old bedwetter for a girlfriend. FML

great comment! I was thinking the same thing; more than that, people who have that sort of problem have usually suffered some sort of traumatic experience such as emotional/mental abuse, sexual abuse, or physical abuse. The OP is a total asshole for being more concerned about his precious mattress than his girlfriend's health. What a ******* douche-nozzle

Tell her to look into acupuncture, it helped my brother stop bedwetting as a teen. Be nice to her about it; it's a terribly embarrassing problem and you should be supportive and helpful. :)

Its interesting to see the mixture of assholes to sensitive people on this fml its not realln FML it sucks, but then again other than having to replace the mattress there is no ral apparent damageto you. Your not the one being ridiculed on a public website

He never mentioned her name. How is anyone but even the closest person to her would know? I doubt she shares her bed-wetting issues with other people. He is not ridiculing her; this is a FML website, remember? I'd hate to have to clean/replace a bed because someone else messed it up.
