Today, I gave a big presentation at work. The manager decided to video tape it. I went through my presentation with ease and was confident I did a good job. My confidence was then lowered after watching the tape. Apparently, my boobs are much more interesting than what I had to say. FML

If he literally zoomed right in on your boobs and taped nothing else then that is sexual harrassment. But I assume he didn't do that because I can't believe he'd be stupid enough to let you see the tape if he had (although, on the off-chance he did, you can get him into trouble for it). Presumably you could just see some people were looking at your breasts during the presentation. So... were you wearing something revealing? Cos if you were you must have done that to show off your breasts, in which case you can't complain about people looking. If you weren't, yeah, it does suck; then again, you might have stared if you'd been listening to someone attractive give a presentation too. Human nature, not much you can do. If you think you did a good job, don't let it get you down.

So a question to the great legal minds suggesting suing. What would the damages be? "You checked out my boobs. Give me $10,000!" They might pay you to make you go away, but you would have trouble getting a job in the area again, except perhaps as a stripper.

@54 If her **** were hanging out of her blouse, then I'm sorry, EVEN I, as a heterosexual female, would have a hard time looking her in the eye. If you wear something slutty, expect people to react in kind. I'm not saying it's right, but you're asking for it. (Same goes for bikinis.)
