YDI for not respecting the customers wishes. But nobody who is knowingly allergic to peanuts would get ice cream from an establishment that uses them enough to ask each customer.

if they say no then don't add them. there's usually a good reason, such as an allergy.

why would you do that!!! if someone says they don't want peanuts then don't give them peanuts!!! especially with peanuts being one of the most common alergies!!!

YDI she said no for a reason and 0.50 cents (I'm pretty sure you mean 50 cents but whatever) is the last possible reason someone would decline em. More probable reasons are she is allergic (turned out she really was :o) or she just doesn't like them simple as that.
