Today, I got a client who ordered ice cream. She seemed really nice and I thought maybe she was into me. When I asked if she wanted peanuts for an additional 50 cents, she said no. Trying to be nice, I added them anyway free of charge. I later had to call the ambulance. She was allergic. FML

That's awful. Some people don't want things for a reason.

Isn't the customer always right? She probably said no to peanuts for a reason. Maybe you could've said, "Hey, why don't I add them anyway, free of charge." Then she could've told you she was allergic, but would still appreciate your nice gesture. Win

It was a pretty bad idea considering she said no and how many people have peanut allergies.

Wow. The amount of dumbassery in this post is unimaginable.

For am average person to order ice cream, she wouldn't say no to peanuts because of the small extra price. YDI for not only listening to her, but also for not thinking before you did it.

So you basically assumed your "client" was too poor to afford 50 cent peanuts.

You listen to a customer's exact order and change nothing.

Uh… I thought it was common knowledge that peanut allergy is the most common allergy. You're a dumbass.
