Today, I got a new phone. Only after berating the Sprint employee and Apple support desk because I could not call, text, or access the Internet did I find out that I didn't need to buy a new phone. It was just on airplane mode. FML

Agreed. OP, when I would answer calls or deal with rude and stupid customers when I worked in fast food, I would either hang up on them or ask them to leave my store, and that I wasn't going to take that kind of inappropriate behavior. Maybe not being a stupid fuckface will get you somewhere in life.
