EXACTLY. Op might not have known the neighbor personally or which apartment they were in. He might have even parked in the spot to ask them to move and came back to a ticket. The world may never know! But, depending on the type of situation Op lives in his neighbors might have been scary as hell. I would not tell Skull Dog to move his lifted truck if my life depended on it. You can do one of two things in this situation: 1. Do what Op did, and park in the neighbors parking spot since they wanted to park in his. 2. Do what my mom did and put a tire stop (the kind used to prevent your car from moving) on their wheel so they cannot leave then have their car towed while you laugh.
