I had a cop pull me over 6 times for various offenses, including having stolen my own POS car, all due to the fact I wouldn't date his pimply son.

If my dad was a cop and he let me get away with things, I'd lose all respect for him. If I were a cop and my child was doing something illegal, I'd give the ticket or whatever. Good for him for standing up for the law.

depends wat fine it is. DUI- you deserve it. something small that no1 gets fines for neway, like littering... cmon dad, get over the power trip. I'm guessing it was something in between, so it cud go both ways.

Sorry, thats his job. He could get in trouble if he never gave fines or tickets to people just because they are friends or family.
