better get that ring back
Why does he have access to it before you two are married in the first place? If it's that important there shouldn't be any way he could get into it. My fiance can't even get into my checking accounts, let alone my savings accounts for college. YDI for being stupid enough to give him access, unless he managed to hack into it or something. Either way, if I were you, I'd call the wedding off.
Take him to court and sue him for the money. Then set up garnishment to make sure he pays you
you guys are not very realistic.. take him to court? seriously? I'm sure court costs are more than what he stole.. you guys preach litigation as if it were a Cure-All solution..
why op? why? a fiance before college? that just isnt the way to go... will not work out.. no offence but ydi for getting so serious before college
OP could be going to college later in life.
For some people, it does work out. You can't just openly say it doesn't work for anyone.
Now you know that he will feel entitled to take anything you have for his own gratification. This includes money, dignity, best friends, stray pussy . . .
what a bitch
Kick him to the curb. or have him pay you back every penny he grabbed from your account. but money issues this early means its only going to get worse in the married life. best bet is to call off the engagement.

you should make him repay you, anyway he shouldn't have access to your college savings account. thats just asking for trouble.
There goes the bride. I hope.
