Ok, maybe he didn't even write the invitations. For my dad and step mom's wedding, they HIRED someone to. Besides, people who know me best always misspell my name. No big deal.
Even if the soon-to-be-wife did write it, surely the sensible thing to do would be to ask the Dad how to spell your name?
well.. I don't know your name, so I don't know how "bad" it is. Maybe it was just an extra 'l' or 'e' etc. by accident.
I was watching... bridezillas, I believe, and the woman who made the invitations spelled the BRIDE's name wrong. Your dad most likely did not make the invitations; it's not a big deal.
