Shit like this is what makes me not want to go back to America. You're rewarded for being a piece of shit, and thrown under the bus for doing the right thing. This is interesting, because kids tend to be honest about their feelings (though they can't always explain them). It is for that same reason, however, that kids "like" their molesters, though. As a child care provider I understand where you are coming from. You make a report on licensing rand have them do an inspection. Idk how the law is in your state but in California it has some very strict standards.

And this is the part where you sue them for wrongful termination
