Should pose and smile wide :)
Lol. Some people are just ridiculous.
Next time, clutch your heart and fall down, twitching and writhing. He'll have to turn over that photo to the cops which will prove he is guilty of involuntary manslaughter, or at least assault! Go to the Bahamas with your settlement-
It's not manslaughter if OP lives, and it's not assault if he never touched him/her. Given the facts, there's nothing that OP could possibly sue for.
I'm telling you. People and entitlement these days....
Most people think that the woman sued McDonald's because she didn't know that the coffee was hot or something ridiculous like that... She was actually suing them because when she spilled the coffee, it was something like 2 or 3 times the temperature that it should have been, thereby injuring her more seriously than it should have.
Yep! She wasn't just whining that her lap got a little too warm, she actually suffered serious burns. McDonald's used to keep their coffee much hotter than usual so that they could make one big batch and not have to reheat it.
The authorities won't take him seriously at all so I wouldn't worry about it.
Tio STOMP liao?
he's probably just all talk
