You could always cover it up with concealer. Glamoflauge works really well!
Hang on, hang on... you got a tattoo behind your ear and are worried about the pain of plucking a few hairs?
All talk about employment policy aside, I'd love to see the complainer's reaction to some of the tattoos around New Zealand. I've seen a lot more ink around here than I ever did when I lived in the States. For example, I regularly serve a grizzly looking old guy with a full face Ta Moko, that he's clearly had since his working days. The patterns, faded though his are, are amazing, but it was a bit jarring to see until I learned a bit more about what they meant.
If you get any tattoo that you can't cover with a short sleeve shirt and shorts you deserved it. Just saying. I agree with tattoos and will get them in the future but I mean really? Why did you need it behind your ear when most job markets don't want people with any ink to work for them. Should have thought about where to get that tattoo in the first place but since you didn't have fun wasting money on a bunch of pointless band aids. Oh and I hope it was worth it and that it wasn't just some random tattoo anyone else could get on their body either which also doesn't make you different from anyone else.
Pretty sure legally they cant discriminate like that

I don't understand why people are so offended by ink. Unless it's derogatory or gang related.
With your name instating heather can't you cover that tattoo with your hair?
